Set in a beautiful private room, our Sunlighten mPusle Infrared Sauna features a changing area, standard shower, and cold plunge shower! We provide towels, wraps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and purified water. Frequent sauna use has been clinically shown to reduce the risk of heart disease (up to 65%), reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s or dementia (up to 70%) and lowers all cause mortality by 40% over the next twenty years of your life. Using an infrared sauna can reduce your blood pressure, muscle tension, and improve the quality of your sleep. The Clearlight Sanctuary - Single Person Pre-Float Appointments Only

To accommodate more guests who love to do a 30 or 60 minute Infrared Sauna Session prior to their float, we provide access to a Clearlight Sanctuary one person full spectrum infrared Sauna. Set in a cozy private nook, and outfitted with high intensity Red Light Therapy a 30 minute session can be added preceding a float for only $15!
